This breaks the crystals, and dissolves that bring them back into sulphuric acid, leaving the lead plate clean once more. Reduce contamination rejuvenate your batteryand improve its ability to store the charge.

    Check the electrolyte:

     Visually check the liquid level, top place with water deionized until it is fair covers the lead plates. You can also add a conditioner, liquid electrolyte, these documents are available in car parts stores, but if you do not have access to this a teaspoon full of Epsom salts will work well too.

    Recharge:

     

    Once you have completed these tasks, you should then completely free of charge your unit with a charger of good quality. Once fully loaded remake the voltage at the terminals of each plate as before. Now your battery is refurbished and should behave almost like new again.

    Practice working on an old or abandoned battery. Once you have mastered the process, you can proceed with your own car batteryreconditioning. You can also start your battery reconditioning business home as soon as you are confident that you know the process, and the back of your hand.
